Situated 5km outside Stellenbosch and just 30 minutes along the N1 from Cape Town, Devonvale Golf and Wine Estate’s three conference venues are indeed the best venue choices for the discerning conference delegate. Our conference facilities can cater for up to 280 delegates in three different venues. Various outdoor team building opportunities such as driving range lessons with the Club Pro, golf, radio controlled yacht racing, soccer, foosball, fire walking, and boules are available on request.

Avoid the stress of fighting early morning or afternoon traffic and rather book a 24-hour package deal. Spend the night on the estate in our country lodge, were we offer self-catering apartments or hotel rooms.

Two bedroom luxury estate homes with magnificent views of the golf course, swimming pool and surrounding vineyards are also available for rent. The Lodge, together with the homes, can accommodate up to 110 guests in shared accommodation.

The Devonvale has a number of superb venues available depending on your requirements and number of delegates.

The Indaba Room

The Indaba Room is the larger of the 3 conference rooms and has seating for up to 180 delegates. The room has French doors leading on to a private patio and gardens for refreshments and tea breaks. The Indaba Room is well air-conditioned, has a large screen, and PA system with hand-held microphone, as well as wireless internet access.

The Blumberg Room

This conference room has recently been upgraded and refurbished. It is smaller than the Indaba Room, and has a balcony with views of the golf course, for breaks and a breath of fresh air. The Blumberg Room is a modern room with P A system including lapel and hand-held microphones, air-conditioning, screen and multi-power points along the carpeted floors for up to 40 laptops. The Blumberg Room has wireless internet access.

Wine Tasting Room

Our third and most intimate venue is our Wine Tasting Room. This is used for groups from 4 to 10 delegates, for breakaway groups within a workshop or of course, wine tasting after your conference. If you are looking for a meeting venue away from the office, or a smaller, cosier environment, the Wine tasting room is perfect for your needs.
