Various Swedish canape’s on rye bread
Ärtsoppa – Pea soup

Mains buffet style:

Kål pudding, Grädd sås - Minced meat and cabbage bake with cream sauce
Potatis mos - mashed potatoes and pickled garnish
Lax pudding med skirat smör - Potato bake with salmon and butter sauce.
Viltskavsgryta med pepparrot - Shaved meat of game in a creamy sauce with selection of vegetable garnish
Knäcke bröd, smör och ost - Crisp bread, butter and cheese

Dessert buffet style

Äppel smulpaj med vaniljsås eller glass – Apple crumble with custard or ice cream
Pannkakor med vispad grädde och jordgubbssylt – Pancakes (crepe style) with strawberry jam and whipped cream

Kaffe och te – Coffee and tea
